The clean and thoughtful sushi brand with cheeky elements and illustrated characters is an outstanding brand new project signed by Without Studio.
Sushi Daily is Europe’s leading sushi kiosk business with over 700 counters in supermarkets including Waitrose and Carrefour. However, until this month it has never had a restaurant presence on the high street.
Without Studio were tasked with showing consumers that, in a competitive market, Sushi Daily are in a league of their own when it comes to quality, accessibility and ease. Commissioned to develop the brand for its first dedicated ‘grab & go’ restaurant, Without continued to push further and tell the story of Kelly Choi and how she and her team brought handmade sushi to the world.
“Unlike its competitors, chefs cut down whole fish to maximise freshness and reduce waste, and their rice is cooked fresh on-site daily.”Without Studio
Without Studio created all elements of the Sushi Daily identity, including store signage, packaging, uniforms and website. The clean and thoughtful brand identity has a cheeky element with illustrated characters. The contemporary illustrations enable the brand to showcase their skill in a playful way.
The new brand emphasises their strong craft in fresh fish and their friendly atmosphere in a playful and aesthetically-pleasing way. A brilliant wholesome restaurant which we can’t wait to visit.
