This Privacy Policy explains how Feel Desain (feeldesain.com) collects and uses personal data when you read the magazine, subscribe to the newsletter or get in touch with us, and which cookies are used on the site. It is written in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Italian data protection law.

What data we collect and why
- Browsing data. Like every website, our servers automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of access. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, including protection against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a safe website.
- Contact form and email. If you write to us through the contact or submission forms, we use your name, email and message only to reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we use your email address to send the Feel Desain newsletter through our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand in aggregate how the site is used. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. Legal basis: your consent.
- Advertising. We use Google AdSense to show advertising that helps fund the magazine. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads and, with your consent, to personalise them based on your interests. Legal basis: your consent, collected through the consent message shown on your first visit.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:
- Technical cookies, needed for the site to work and to protect it. These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics), set only if you accept them.
- Advertising cookies (Google AdSense and its partners), set only if you accept them. If you refuse, you may still see non-personalised ads, which use limited cookies for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention, as allowed by the consent framework.
- Third-party content such as embedded videos or social posts, which may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
On your first visit a consent message, provided by Google and certified under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, lets you accept, refuse or choose which purposes to allow. Refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time:

Who receives the data
Data is processed by us and by service providers acting on our behalf, including our hosting provider (host.it, Italy), our email and newsletter provider, and Google (Analytics and AdSense). We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie durations depend on the provider and are shown in the consent message settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@feeldesain.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
