The New Holland pavilion at Milan Expo shows the future of agricultural mechanisation according to a world leader in the sector. Inspired by the Clean Energy Leader® strategy pursued by New Holland since 2006, the concept focuses on energy self-sufficient farming. This pavilion was the work of a number of different groups, including RecchiEngineering, Carlo Ratti Associati, NÜSSLI Italia, Manens-Tifs and Studio Durbano. The pavilion features a 17,000 square foot field on the top, which displays some of New Holland’s zero-emission tractors. The pavilion also includes augmented reality, interactive tools and video installations in order to educate visitors about self sufficient farming and the future of the agriculture industry.
