French radio station Ouï FM commissioned photographer Matthieu Raffard to take these awesome photos for their recent campaign promoting their expansion. Using old album covers, like people use photos in Dear Photograph, Raffard places the covers in near-matching backgrounds. The print campaign runs with the baseline “Rock is here to change your life.” In bringing back these old covers to the present day, the ads pay tribute to past rock n’ roll icons. This is not the first time we’ve seen a creative use for old vinyl covers, but it sure does make us want to try this for ourselves!
