Classified Moto Floor Lamp

By popular demand, we introduce a really tall version of the original lamp.

Built from recycled Japanese motorcycle bits from the 70’s and 80’s, this floor lamp is sturdy, handsome and pretty doggone elegant for being rescued from the salvage yard.

Playing off the original lamp design, this one uses a brake rotor and transmission gear as the base and a spring and shock at the top. In between are two brushed chrome fork tubes that thread together to make this badboy stand tall.

As with all our upcycled moto gear, these lamps have dings, dents, and scratches here and there, but we take great care to clean them up and give them that classic Classified finish, just like our bikes.

The lamps are made to order using available parts. They stand approximately 64 inches high from floor to top of socket. They are fitted with a harp base so you can use whatever shade you like.

Classified Moto Café Table

Commissioned by a tattoo studio in Maryland, we liked this table so much, we decided to offer it for sale. One of these days, we picture 20 or 30 of them adorning our new bike studio and café. Could happen sooner than you think.

Built from recycled Japanese moto components from the ’70s and ’80s, this sturdy little piece of two-wheeled goodness stands 36 inches high and approximately 34 inches in diameter.

The wooden top is covered in handsome brushed copper and finished with a punched steel bezel that allows the copper to show through on the sides.

The legs are made from brushed chrome fork tubes that support a trio of matching springs and shock absorbers which attach beneath the table top. Transmission gears serve as feet on this no-wobble design.

Whether you have a bachelor pad to spruce up or a whole restaurant to outfit, this table kinda rocks.

Each table is made from available parts — parts that have spent many thousands of miles on America’s highways, byways and trails. Expect some dings, dents and other badges of honor underneath the classic Classified finish. And like all Classified stuff, these tables are signed and numbered.

Classified Moto Lamp — Original, with spring cover

What started as a whim in our garage has turned into a worldwide hit. The genuine Classified Moto vintage lamp features salvaged spares from Japanese motorcycles of the ’70s and ’80’s welded together in a simple, elegant design. We’ve sent them all over the world — Sydney, Anchorage, Barcelona, London — and we can’t wait to see where the next one goes.

The design incorporates a spring/shock welded to a transmission gear welded to a brake rotor. High quality Bakelite sockets finish it off in keeping with the vintage vibe. Lamps are numbered and parts are identified by year make and model to the best of our ability.

Because each lamp is made to order using real parts with many thousands of miles on them, you can expect scratches, dings and dents under the trademark Classified finish. The lamp pictured here is an example of the typical design, but yours will vary somewhat. We’re always happy to accommodate your preferences when selecting parts, so just let us know. Please allow a three-week turnaround time. Rush items are available for an additional fee.
