To promote the book, Marilyn: Intimate Exposures, agency Preuss und Preuss came up with an interactive poster that imitated the star’s most iconic pose.
Pasted on a street lamp, this poster was attached to a skirt that let passers-by lift it up if they were piqued by it. If they had a smart phone, they could scan the QR code to learn more about the book.
What do you think—was this homage effective in generating publicity for this book?
