Upmarket department store Harvey Nichols has joined the Christmas ad race this year with a campaign that will certainly make you giggle. According to a study carried out by the store, unwanted Christmas presents are worth a whopping £808 million in the UK annually, so this campaign aims to make sure that everyone can get something they love this festive season. How? By creating personalised Christmas cards to send to their loved ones with very specific hints about what they want to find under the tree on the 25th December. The advert is quite a departure from last years “I spent it on myself” campaign which encouraged people to indulge themselves at Christmas instead of giving to others, and is definitely worth a watch!
