This installation in Florence has just finished, so we’re bringing you some images in case you missed it! The enormous, inflatable, multi-coloured ladder was the brainchild of artist Paola Pivi, and was on display for a couple of months at Florence’s historic Palazzo Strozzi. The beauty of the installation lies in the contrast between the bright, bold plastic ladder and the surrounding building’s stunning renaissance architecture, bringing together classical and contemporary.
