If you regularly follow us, you’ll know that we at Feel Desain love to support great products which are Made in Italy, and we have a particularly soft spot for designers from our home town of Turin.
Speedometer Official is a brand created by Marco Gatti and prides itself on its high quality products, which are strictly Made in Italy. Although Speedometer offers a range of products, including clothing, belts and cufflinks, today we wanted to show you their unique bracelets which are arguably what the brand is best known for.
If you were wondering why they look familiar, the design of the bracelets (ok, technically bangles) was inspired by the rotating bezels on dive watches. The cool thing about this familiar style is that, much like a classic watch, the jewellery is unisex and easy to wear with just about anything.
The bangles are available in numerous colours, from classic black to the more eye-catching green and orange, and there are three choices of finishes – steel (the classic line), black, and the more luxurious gold. On request, Speedometer’s craftsmen can also add real diamonds to any bangle. The bangles are nickel-free and non toxic as well as being scratch proof and, like any good dive watch, waterproof as well.
