This stunning wedding space, named The Rainbow Chapel, was created by Coordination Asia. The multicoloured chapel, designed especially to be a place for the nuptials of young, creative couples, is situated inside the G+ PARK in Shanghai, China – part of the Shanghai Museum of Glass. The Rainbow Chapel itself makes use of glass in order to create a unique and colourful space. The round space is surrounded by glass panels of 65 different colours, creating a magical light inside the circular space. The shapes making up the structure are symbolically important, too. In Chinese culture, the circle represents fullness and unity, and the square represents honesty and virtue – essential elements in marriage. Around the chapel, there’s a shallow channel of water, separating the chapel from the park around it. Definitely not your usual wedding venue!
