We’ve talked about Luke Lamp Co. before, and now the US-based lighting brand is back with a Kickstarter campaign for The Baselamp. Essentially, it’s a lamp base with an integrated LED chip and recessed touch-capacitive dimmer switch, which has been developed to be bright but not too hot and which does not produce UV light. The idea behind the Baselamp is to be able to turn anything into a lamp – your favourite bottle of whiskey, a lightbulb, a toy, a fishbowl… the choice is yours!
