The tilt-shift effect was created in Photoshop, compiled in LRTimelapse & After Effects and edited in Premiere Pro CS6. Other locations include Circular Quay, Sydney Tower Eye, Pylon Lookout, Camp Cove, Cahill Expressway Lookout and Observatory Park.
