Barnes & Webb is a London based beehive rental company set up in 2013 by Chris Barnes and Paul Webb. They’re passionate about bees and urban beekeeping and found a way of sharing this experience and the honey with others.
They’ve been placing hives across the capital building an urban apiary that’s not only giving people local honey & pollinated gardens but also giving them a unique way to reconnect with nature. All this coupled with the knowledge that together they’re collectively doing something towards relieving the plight of the honey bee.
Not only they heavily curated the visual communication and the packaging design, they also collaborated with Olivia Whitworth who adds charm and personality to the company’s image. Finally, various graphic designers and illustrators created unique artworks that went on display and were auctioned off to fund the company’s not-for-profit campaign activities.
