Tokyo based studio Necktie has come up with this fun way to make waiting for your tea to infuse much more fun. The designers recognised that taking a tea bag out of your mug feels a little bit like fishing, so developed this adorable polar bear who looks like he’s fishing in your teacup. The SHIROKUMA tea bag holder is supposed to encourage conversation between people, and also serves as a tiny plate for some biscuits while you wait for your cuppa to be ready. All of Necktie’s porcelain products are made entirely in Japan.
