London-based illustrator and designer Jenni Sparks has hand-drawn an incredibly detailed map of New York City—complete with detailed depictions of individual buildings. Painstakingly rendered, the illustrated map reflects the denseness and diversity of the metropolis, complete with Sparks’ charming use of quirky icons and typography to highlight landmarks. The illustrator has also added a touch of color to the largely monochromatic map by marking out the city’s subway routes.
