When you first look at these paintings, which medium would you say was used? Oils? Pastels? Or maybe something else entirely? In reality, fine artist Phil Galloway worked on various devices in order to create these portraits digitally. It’s hard to believe, but entirely true. Using a Surface Pro 3 and Lumia 1520, the artist works in the same way as he would do on a canvas with paint in order to create these vibrant and expressive portraits.
