Clerkenwell Design Week kicked off in style and Johnson Tiles were delighted to unveil a giant tile mural designed by artist Ptolemy Mann.
After months of planning, there was plenty of excitement as the crowds began pouring into the Design Factory at the Farmiloe Building and were immediately greeted with an explosion of colour from their Prismatic Landscape installation.
Spanning three outside walls of the Farmiloe’s iconic ‘cowshed’ entrance, the mural, created using 4,224 matt and gloss tiles, attracted plenty of attention. The buzz is set to continue throughout the festival too with anyone sharing photos of the wall on social media in with a chance of winning a luxury holiday to Barcelona – simply tag Twitter, Instagram or Facebook pics with the hashtag #CDWcolourwall.
