Ant House | mA-Style Architects

This simple and modern looking home was created by mA-style Architects in Omaezaki City, Japan. It was intended as a home for a single family, and is full of light plywood. The reason for its unusual name, Ant Home, is that you need to weave your way through tunnels and corridors on several levels to navigate the property, giving it the sense of an ants nest. The house has hardly any windows, but still looks bright and luminous, thanks to skylights and the colours used inside. Have a look at the images and see what you think.
