Kazakhstan’s contribution to Milan Expo is a progressive experience which focuses on protecting natural and agricultural resources, on sustainable development and on introducing visitors to a large country which relatively little is known about. The tour takes visitors through an introductory video area, dynamic diorama recreating typical fields of wheat, panoramic video zone, interactive exhibition room where you can find out more about the country’s agriculture and ecology, as well as giving them a virtual tour of the Kazakh capital, Astana and finally showing them a 3D film tour of the country. If you’re feeling brave, you can sample fermented horse milk – a Kazakh speciality – as well as other traditional foods.
