If you haven’t heard of Poler, where have you been? The Portland-based company makes super stylish clothing and accessories for people who love looking cool while they’re out camping, skateboarding, wandering the city or in the countryside, or just on the lookout for their next adventure. Their mix of urban cool and outdoor practicality is something we love, and we have always wanted to get our hands on one of their backpacks, which are at home on the back of a city hipster as they are in the skate park or in the woods. So of course we were thrilled when Poler told us they’d send us their Drifter backpack to try out and tell all of you about.
The black model was our favourite, but you can also buy the same bag in 4 different colour combinations (Olive/Navy, Sky/Red, Camo/Orange or Orange/Khaki) and we loved the simple but stylish aesthetic. The bag is spacious without being excessively large, and is obviously well-made. We often come to the office in the city centre on bike, and need to carry things with us, including a laptop. The Drifter has a dedicated padded computer pouch, separating your computer from the rest of your things, as well as having a roomy zipped front pouch where you can pop all the things you need to access quickly. The back part and shoulder straps are lightly padded, so the pack is comfortable even when full, and the back part is attached with velcro on its top side so skateboarders can strap their board in for easy carrying.
It’s safe to say we loved the Drifter, and soon we’ll be giving one Feel Desain reader the chance to WIN this very bag. Stay tuned to find out how!
