Burger chain PNY chose the Marais district of Paris for their newest venue, and studio CUT‘s pastel-hued interior design makes it a burger joint like no other! The principal colours – turquoise and pastel pink – balance out the industrial feel of the steel tubes, metal grates and exposed brickwork and create a polished look in an unusual space. The booths where customers can eat their burgers are simple, with white lacquered metal coverings. There is an abstract design on one accent wall using 3-tone wooden tiles, and particular focus has been paid to lighting choices, with white neon signage and simple, elegant copper pendant lights. This is a stunning backdrop for a good, hearty burger, and is neither too in-your-face nor too plain. Check it out if you’re in Paris some time soon: you can find PNY’s new restaurant at 1, rue Perrée.
