Honolulu-based origami artist Won Park is a master at folding money, and he has made interesting creations out of the cash notes that we come in contact with every day.
By twisting, shaping and folding money, he forms objects from apples to pigs, houses to race cars, and more. There is virtually no end to the artist’s imagination and talent.
The traditional Japanese art of origami uses a single sheet of paper to be folded in a geometric way that resembles an object. Gluing or cutting paper is prohibited, and the goal is to create an accurate representation of an object by just folding.
