The interior design of this small but perfectly formed Cape Town apartment is by ARRCC, who have managed to create a cool space punctuated with hints of modern Africa. The duplex apartment is modern and well laid-out, with a minimal colour scheme accented with geometric forms and colourful accessories. The design makes the most of a small space and is laid out over two levels, increasing the original high-ceilinged 65 square metre space, with the bedroom located directly above the kitchen and living area. A dressing room is hidden behind a geometric screen wall in the bedroom, and the black bathroom completes the trendy apartment. ARRCC’s sister company OKHA provided the modern African prints which can be found within the space, and Daniel Orme was responsible for the artwork which accompanies visitors up the staircase.
