This is a preview of Kinetic Sand (Sable Cinétique) by Adrien M / Claire B, creators of the Pixel performance which we shared with you a few months ago. Once again, the Lyon-based digital and performing arts duo wanted to explore the interaction between people and digitally responsive surfaces, so they came up with this kinetic table. The surface, when touched, allows movement of particles which look like dust and is absolutely mesmerising. From June, you’ll be able to see the table and maybe even have a go at the Palais de la Découverte in Paris.
