Apple CEO Steve Jobs makes surprise appearance to unveil the second generation of iPad, the iPad2. The new iPad2($500-$829) is thinner(33% thinner than the original), lighter than the current iPad. “The new iPad 2 is actually thinner than your iPhone 4,” Jobs said. It features faster dual-core A5 processors (2x faster than the original, faster graphics, front and rear cameras, 10 hours of battery life, and the same 9.7-inch LED-backlit LCD screen. And the iPad 2 will work on AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
