Hannes von Döhren is a graphic designer from Berlin and is now based in Hamburg, Germany. He now runs his own type foundry, HVD Fonts and has released a number of type families.
In 2008, von Döhren set himself the challenge of drawing at least a letter every single day, and the results of his efforts have now been made into a book. The book is a great source of type-spiration for designers, but if you’re more digitally minded, he also has a website featuring a large amount of his work.
