Iconic eyewear brand Ray-Ban has been creating marketing under the tagline “Never Hide” for the past five years. Now, as part of their 75^th anniversary, new ads showcase those who have, throughout history, stepped out of the shadows and into the sunlight.

The campaign is said to be a salute to “people from various eras who have flouted conventions in plain sight.” The campaign includes scenes of a gay couple strolling the streets holding hands in the 1950’s, World War II military volunteers, progressive style icons, and even 1940’s jitterbuggers.
