Daniele Sigalot at the Royal Palace of Caserta

This is the new installation of Daniele Sigalot, Berlin-based Italian artist who, through the exhibition “Tutto è già vostro” (All is already yours), wishes to intertwine the boundaries of time and question the future of historic buildings.

Imagine an 18th century Italian monument, the Royal Palace of Caserta, in which various sculptures and objects from our contemporary world would have been displayed. Thus, the floor of one of the rooms is almost entirely covered with multicoloured capsules reminiscent of wall decorations and symbolizing Sigalot’s dialogue between the past and modernity.
